On rare occasions a particular flower or accompanying gift may be sold out, or unavailable in exactly the same shade. When that happens we substitute a similar item of equal or greater value. If the substitution would meaningfully change the look of what you ordered, our customer service team will call you first and ask for your agreement before we proceed. FLOWER DELIVERY: Deliveries within the Athens basin are made exclusively by our own drivers and our own vehicles, so that everything arrives in the condition it left the shop.
DELIVERY CHARGES: Each delivery is priced separately, so you can see exactly what the flowers cost and exactly what the delivery costs.
Please note: we do not deliver without first calling the recipient to arrange a time. If you would rather we did not call them, say so in the order notes. In that case, if delivery fails because the recipient is not there, the item comes back to us and a second delivery on the next working day will be charged again.
