Shipping

FlowerNet sends products to most of the prefectures of Greece and to a large number of other countries. Every day we extend our network to Greece and the world by carefully choosing our partners. Soon we will be able to send your flowers and gifts to even more destinations.

For your shipments you can choose between 4 different times of the day:

  • Anytime
  • 09:00-15:00
  • 12:00-18:00
  • 18:00-23:00

Please note that if you have chosen to pay the required amount by the bank deposit process, there must be enough time between the time of the deposit and the time it takes for it to be executed so that it can be confirmed.

Shipping Costs (Transport)

At FlowerNet for each shipment you are charged separately and at a transport cost. So you know exactly how much the flowers or gifts you have ordered are worth, and we are able to provide you with "fair" charges. If shipping costs were included in the price of our products, in many cases we would charge you more than you should.

Shipping costs for each product can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding truck icon. This cost varies depending on the recipient's location.

OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE: Years of sending flowers, plants and gifts across Athens have taught us what matters. The products you choose are the products we commit to deliver. On rare occasions a particular flower or accompanying gift may be sold out, or unavailable in exactly the same shade. When that happens we substitute a similar item of equal or greater value. If the substitution would meaningfully change the look of what you ordered, our customer service team will call you first and ask for your agreement before we proceed. If you are not completely satisfied with our products or our service, call us immediately on +30 210 89 40 100.
FLOWER DELIVERY: Deliveries within the Athens basin are made exclusively by our own drivers and our own vehicles, so that everything arrives in the condition it left the shop.
DELIVERY CHARGES: Each delivery is priced separately, so you can see exactly what the flowers cost and exactly what the delivery costs.
Please note: we do not deliver without first calling the recipient to arrange a time. If you would rather we did not call them, say so in the order notes. In that case, if delivery fails because the recipient is not there, the item comes back to us and a second delivery on the next working day will be charged again.
